Terms and conditions :

1.
Submission of applications
(a) Please fill in the application form and email to yttvillage@hotmail.com
(b) The minimum number of participants for pre-booked guided group visits is 20 (groups with fewer than 20 participants are charged as a group of 20 participants)
(c) The minimum number of participants for pre-booked group visits (with no guided tours) is 10 (groups with fewer than 10 participants are charged as a group of 10 participants)
(d) Advance booking must be made at least 10 days prior to the day of visit.  Applications submitted within 10 days prior to the day of visit may not be handled in a timely manner.
(e) Groups can plan the time of their arrival and departure.  The earliest kaito departs from Sai Kung Pier at 09:30, while the last kaito departs Yim Tin Tsai at 17:00. (*In case of special situations, arrangements will be made accordingly by the Salt and Light Preservation Centre).
(f) Children under 4 years can visit Yim Tin Tsai free of charge (admission and kaito); persons aged between 4 and 12 and persons above 65 can enjoy discounts.  Please contact the Salt and Light Preservation Centre for details: 2791-6226)
(g) The Salt and Light Preservation Centre reserves the right to change the kaito schedules, fees and charges, as well as services provided without prior notice.

Methods of payment
(a) Cash : Paid on the day of visit at the Salt and Light Preservation Centre Reception Office at the Yim Tin Tsai village.
(b) Cheques : Make cheques payable to “The Salt and Light Preservation Centre Limited”.  Payment can be made on the day of visit at the Salt and Light Preservation Centre Reception Office at the Yim Tin Tsai village.  Cheques can also be sent to the mailbox of The Salt and Light Preservation Centre – P.O. Box 146, Sai Kung Post Office, Sai Kung.
3.
Cancellation and change of number of participants
(a) The actual number of participants of any pre-booked group visits must be confirmed 4 days (00:00 HK time) prior to the day of visit.  All fees will be charged according to the confirmed number of participants. (*In case of an increase in number of visitors, fees will be charged according to the number of participants present on the day of visit.)
(b) Bookings cannot be cancelled / a booking with a decrease in number of participants is not acceptable within 4 days prior to the day of visit.  Only a change of date of visit can be made under these circumstances.
(c) In case of cancellation under adverse weather conditions, please refer to the below section “Contingency arrangements under adverse weather condition”.
4.
Contingency arrangements under adverse weather conditions
(a) In case of adverse weather conditions which suspense the kaito services (Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 3 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, severely thick fog or any other unexpected circumstances), groups affected can choose to postpone or cancel their visits.
(b) In case of cancellation, no fees will be charged and all payments received will be refunded.
